Women in Management – Women on Boards

Focusing on the diversity in Corporate Boards and Management, we operate a special project in Norway, in which the objective is to identify and promote competent women in today’s business. Since 2001 we have obtained a considerable network in this market.

We have collaborated with several employer organisations, industry organisations, public sectors, female networks and media in order to attract and promote the best and competent women.

Our network includes many qualified women who are candidates for Executive, Management and Board Level positions. They are competent, knowledgeable and have integrity.

We contribute to our clients’ Board and Management functions by complementing one or more women who possess the requested skills and qualities.
