Art of Recruiting is a company of researchers and consultants with vast
competence and experience in search, Human Resources and general business
practices. Our team members have substantial experience from national
and international companies within several industries.
Ebbe Jacobsen Managing Partner
Ebbe's search work covers a broad range of industries, with emphasis
on Technology, IT, e-Business and Engineering. His recruiting experience
ranges from client executives to marketing directors, management consulting
partners and chief executive officers. Ebbe spent seventeen years in
the IT industry and five years in the Engineering Offshore industry.
He has worked for IBM, Skrivervik Data and Azlan, holding positions as
account executive, vice president sales and marketing, and managing director
Scandinavia. He received his engineering experience at Norwegian Petroleum
Consultant as discipline leader for computer aided design. Prior to joining “Art
of Recruiting” in January 2006, he was a partner in Ray & Berndtson
for 5 years. Ebbe holds a B.Sc. HVAC.
Hege Johansen Researcher
Hege has more than 20 years experience as a manager within administration, finance, IT, HR and business units. She has experience both from technology and media/market analyzes.
Her working experience includes ”non-governmental organisations”. She has among others worked for Honeywell, MMI and Amnesty International.
As a manager she has taken part in change process involving culture, process and srategy. Hege has experience from international work.Hege holds a degree from Handelshøyskolen BI and sha has attended international management programs.
Mona Christensen Senior Consultant
Mona has more than 25 years of experience from Elcon Finans, Johnson & Johnson, SAS, EMTS European Mobile Telecom Services og has been engasjert i flere gründer virksomheter. Her main activities has been sales national and international. AS CEO of EMTS AS Mona participated in building a pan-european telecom service company in sentral Europe. She was involed in aquiering companies internationally, culture, process and strategy. Mona holds a degree im Marketing from Handelshøyskolen BI.
Even Jahr Partner and Project Manager
Even has 27 years of experience from Rank Xerox, Tandberg Data in Norway and Germany, Kværner, Netcenter, EDB ASA og has also completed several projects as independant software consultant. Even has worked in Ukraine since 2006, first for Aker Yards, with projectmanagement, IT Implemetation and development and development of new business processes. He has lived in Ukraine since 2006 has been a part of the AOR Group from 2007. Even holds a masterdegree - MBM - from Handelsakademiet BI in Oslo.
